When logging in to a firewall as a read-only administrator, a warning is displayed that informs the user that they cannot preempt the existing administrator and to choose between Do NOT Begin Management and Non-Config. This is confusing because an administrator with read-only permissions should automatically start administration in non-configuration mode.
