Avatar doesn't display any initials or profile pic for admin users as well in the standard ticket header widget after upgrading the instance to Tokyo version
Login to "uatokyo" instance with below credentials: admin/Uday@1993 Impersonate either Nelly Jakuboski [or] HR Agent and access below URL: https://uatokyo.service-now.com/esc?id=ticket&table=sn_hr_core_case&sys_id=94c06c69879ca950d8fa7406dabb3514 No initial/avatar is displayed on the ticket standard header.
This problem has been fixed in "SR - HR - Employee Center Bundle " 27 version which is now available for upgrade. Also refer to the below workaround, if necessary Navigate to 'sp_angular_provider.LIST' Open the Angular provider "hrMCustomCaseDescriptor": Replace the lines 10 to 12 with the below code snippet '<sn-avatar ng-if="isAlumniUser" class="avatar-small-medium profile-badge view-profile alumni" primary="people.fieldValue" style="cursor:default" show-presence="true" data-placement="top" tabindex="0" aria-label="{{people.fieldDisplayValue}}"></sn-avatar>' + '<sn-avatar ng-if="!isAlumniUser" ng-click="openProfile(people.fieldValue)" class="avatar-small-medium profile-badge view-profile" primary="people.fieldValue" show-presence="true" data-toggle="tooltip" data-placement="top" data-title="${View} {{people.fieldDisplayValue}} ${Profile}" tabindex="0" aria-label="{{people.fieldDisplayValue}}"></sn-avatar>' + '</div>'+
