I am copying this bug because:
Description of problem:
Brasero cannot burn BluRay disks
With the deprecation of KDE, there is no longer a graphical disk burning tool that can burn BluRays (K3B had this feature)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Functionality does not exist in Brasero

Actual results:
Cannot burn BluRay disks using a GUI application
Expected results:
Graphical application with Blu Ray disk burning capability baked-in
Additional info:
There is no feature parity in this regard between the now-deprecated K3B and Brasero. Filing this as a regression due to loss of feature parity between RHEL 7 and 8
