Re-add a way for customers to script the upload of sos reports.

Customer wants to script the upload of sos reports – something he can run and not have to interact with. With the SOSUPLOADUSER and SOSUPLOADPASSWORD shell environment variables now being deprecated and the requirement to now visit a sso.redhat.com URL after a sos report has been created, such automation is now impossible.

The customer recommended being able to pre-authenticate to sso.redhat.com before the 'sos report' command is run.
Another method might be to bring back the SOSUPLOADUSER and SOSUPLOADPASSWORD shell environment variables.
