What were you trying to do that didn't work? I've used RDT_PROBE_MSR=1 pqos -v -d in order to detect Intel Cache Allocation Technology (CAT) support on a Intel® Core(TM) i7-1185GRE Tiger Lake UP3, but it failed detecting the model-specific L3 CAT.
