Steps to reproduce
Install IPA server in STIG mode.
Run ipa-kra-install and check the message displayed on the console
Expected results
ipa-kra-install should pass
Actual results
ipa-kra-install fails.
Failed to configure KRA instance.
[error] RuntimeError: KRA configuration failed.
