Backporting https://github.com/nmstate/nmstate/pull/2458 to RHEL-9.2 so that can be inherited with OCP 4.13 for CoreOS release.
Backporting request reference from OCPBUGS-22498 for (OCP 4.13 ) RHEL9.2 or anything that helps.
