The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 11.0.4 - April 03, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 11.0.4. Fixed an issue where Config Push Scheduler > Admin scope changed to an admin ID instead of a 0 value, which caused a scheduled configuration push to work as a Selective push instead of a Full push.
