The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.2.8 - December 02, 2024. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.8, 11.0.5, 11.1.3. Fixed an issue where Panorama was unable to push scheduled Dynamic Updates to firewalls with the error message Failed to add deploy job. Too many (30) deploy jobs pending for device .
