The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.2.10-h18 - April 03, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.11, 10.2.10-h18, 10.2.8-h10, 11.0.4. Fixed an issue where template configurations were not properly pushed to the firewall during an export or push of the device configuration bundle.
