The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.10 - February 19, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.4, 10.1.10. Fixed an issue where GlobalProtect HIP match failed for Mac users due to invalid characters being present in the subject alternative attributes in the certificate on the HIP report.
