The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.9 - February 19, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.4, 10.1.9. Added an alternate health endpoint to direct health probes on the firewall (https://firewall/unauth/php/health.php) to address an issue where /php/login.php performance was slow when large amounts of traffic were being processed.
