The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.2.0 - March 11, 2025. The SCP Server Profile configuration ( Devices Server Profiles SCP are not automatically deleted after downgrade from PAN-OS 10.2.0 to PAN-OS 10.1 or earlier release.
