The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.2.4 - March 11, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.4. ( PA-7050 firewalls with Network Processing Cards (NPCs) only ) Debug commands were added to address an issue where the firewall's NPC Slot2 failed and multiple dataplane processes stopped responding.
