The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.1.1 - July 22, 2025. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.1.1. Fixed an issue where, when an MLAV URL with an exception list was configured and forward proxy was enabled, a process ( all_pktproc ) repeatedly restarted, which resulted in the firewall rebooting.
