Overview
Fixed an issue where, in two separate but simultaneous sessions, the same software packet buffer was owned and processed.
root_cause
For inter-vsys scenario, the same sw packet buffer could be processed in two different sessions at the same time, which in turn cause the issue.
workaround
Use IPsec VPN instead of using SSL
