The issue can be seen in the data codes.The issue is cited in the firmware "Release Notes" as follows:The firmware applied the new seek recovery mechanism to improve the level-down condition and highly reduce the media errors from occurring.However, if the HDD firmware versions are earlier than HPD7 for AL14SX or HPD5 for AL15SE, the HDD may fail.The failure can be found in the data of the Integrated Management Logs (IML). Determine if a predictive failure has occurred by opening ILO GUI and selecting the IML information. The following predictive failure message is an example of the error:"Caution,286,107511,0x0013,Drive Array,0x0016,Hardware,02/14/2021 19:20:47,335: Smart Array- Predictive drive is failed:Port 1I Box 1 Bay 20 ACTION:If this drive is not part of a fault-tolerant volume, back up all data before replacing the drive and restore all data afterward (or) If this drive is part of a fault-tolerant volume, do not replace this drive unless the logical drive status is OK."
