Impact
The save operation fails with the following error:

Not everything was saved.
Be very careful when using this saved file!

Conditions
-- Unused EPSEC files files exist in:
/config/filestore/files_d/Common_d/epsec_package_d/
-- Try to save UCS file using passphrase.
-- Issue the command:
tmsh save /sys ucs /var/tmp/MyUCS.ucs passphrase password
Workaround
Delete unused EPSEC files, UCS gets saved successfully.
