Symptoms
When viewing ASM events sent to the BIG-IQ, BIG-IQ displays incorrect information in the field designated for the device name. This field should show the name of the BIG-IP system that is the originator of the event.
Impact
Cannot see the correct BIG-IP device name information for ASM Events. The BIG-IQ populates the device name field using the contents of the Device ID field from the event database, which for the BIG-IP device is N/A.
Conditions
Viewing events from BIG-IQ.
Fix Information
The device name field now properly populates the Device field with the correct information from the event database.
