If apm.css is customized, it is not being upgraded. New features such as the Webtop UI require an additional css to function properly.
This is a cosmetic issue.
Access Profile with advanced customization of the general UI's apm.css (apm_full.css, apm_mobile.css, or apm_edge.css).

The upgrade script now adds the required parts of customization apm.css if they do not exist.
