Symptoms
When attempting to Export some messages using SourceOne Discovery Manager to PST the export will fail.The ExJBRestoreDC.exe.log trace logs show the following error:

When attempting to manually unpack the message using ES1ObjectViewer utility to its native format (msg), the following error will be displayed:Failed Object Conversation[0x8007000E]:\MessageID.msgWhen attempting to rebuild an index that contains this message, the index will fail to rebuild the index set and the index set will be marked as Missing Items.The ExAsIdxObj.exe.log trace log on the Native Archive server performing the rebuild will log the following errors:

Resolution
This issue is resolved in Hotfix Bundles (HFBs) or Service Pack versions on or higher than 7.2.9.0024 Hotfix 1.Hotfix Bundles and Service Pack kits are available for download via https://Support.emc.com, Please note, Hotfixes are only available for the most current patch or Service Pack versions of the product that were available when this problem was resolved.*** Please note that when installing Hot Fix Bundles (HFBs) they must all be installed in the correct order for ALL fixes to be correctly applied.*** Please note that it is always recommended to upgrade to the latest version of the SourceOne release, service pack and Hot Fix Bundle to ensure all currently resolved issues will be fixed including the issue as stated above
