Symptoms

Cause
This message indicates leftover configuration information or Avamar cluster registration attempts.
Resolution
1) Make sure that there are no other Avamar processes running under other users' context.2) Make sure that the previous Avamar Cluster backup agent service and associated entries are all removed from Services.msc console. 3) Restart the client server.
