Symptoms
Unable to send autosupport with autosupport command.
Cause
Autosupport send command results in the following error:

Resolution
From ASUP, Confirm ConnectEMC is enabled and running:
config_master.connectemc.enable = trueconfig_master.connectemc.ipaddress_gateway = 10.XX.XXX.30config_master.connectemc.notification = noneconfig_master.connectemc.transport_type = ESRS
Connectemc Configuration------------------------ConnectEMC is not enabled.
Connectemc Status-----------------ConnectEMC is enabled but not running.
Check the content of folder /opt/connectemc on the system. It should contain something similar to the below:

If ConnectEMC is not enabled, if the ConnectEMC is enabled but not running, then the error message is expected on Autosupport send output.
