Cause

Resolution
Fix:Upon review of Switches that failed to perform a 'copy run start' the following services showed as failed thus impeding the 'copy running-config startup-config fabric' as follows:Switch 1:SYSMGR-3-CFGWRITE_SRVFAILED: Service "fscm" failed to store its configuration (error-id 0x40C0000E).Switch 2:SYSMGR-3-CFGWRITE_SRVFAILED: Service "snmpd" failed to store its configuration (error-id 0x00000006)During a maintenance, perform a supervisor switch over on the above switches to clear the condition.command syntax:-system switchover
