Symptoms

NDU (code upgrade) to VNX OE for Block 05.32.000.5.225Unable to retrieve events from SP-B when logged in over SP-A and reverse.Unisphere Service Manager (USM) cannot verify the LCC firmware upgrade progress on the peer SP.

Cause

The issue is related to a change in ECOM (management layer) in this new code.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in VNX OE for Block Release 05.32.000.5.249 and later.If upgrading from 05.32.000.5.225, see KB 30352 30352.
