Symptoms
Registering PowerPath/VE host.PPMA GUI shows PowerPath/VE host as Unlicensed but CLI shows the host as licensed.
Cause
PPMA GUI might not have been refreshed with the information of the PowerPath/VE host and hence could not update the relevant status of the PP/VE host.
Resolution
Check the connectivity between PPMA and vCenter/ESXi host (ping).Try to Re-poll the host (From the Re-Poll tab on GUI) and wait for sometime for the information to get updated in PPMA GUI. If the PowerPath/VE host still shows as Unlicensed, then remove the vCenter/ESXi host and add it back to PPMA.This should work and PowerPath/VE host status should now show as Licensed.
