The password for the ESXi account vxpsvc_ptagent_op gets updated every 6 hours by the vxrail-pservice on the node. The account's password can get out of sync if the vxrail-pservice stops or gets hung.
Restart the vxrail-pservice on the node via CLI to the node with:# /etc/init.d/vxrail-pservice restartNote: you can tail the platform_svc.log as the service restarts to make sure that both the ESXi (vxpsvc_ptagent_op) and iDRAC (vxpsvc) users get their passwords updated:# tail -f /var/run/log/platform_svc.log
