Symptoms
After logging in normally to BMC interface, when navigating to Remote Control > Console Redirection and pressing Java console, the Console screen is able to open. However, JViewer crashed with error "Connection Failed!"
Cause
BMC ports are not open on the network.
Resolution
Please make sure that at least ports 80, 443, 7578, 5120 and 5123 are open for inbound and outbound connections.Full list of services and their associated ports is in the following screenshot:
