Symptoms
When using the gateway to monitor the ScaleIO cluster, a timeout or code 500 is returned.Issuing a REST api login via curl command:
curl -k -v --basic --user admin:password https://IPADDR/api/loginreturns "
curl: (35) Unknown SSL protocol error in connection to x.x.x.x:443
Cause
There is an unaccepted certificate on the gateway.
Resolution
Perform the below steps:
Login into the gateway web interface. Select "maintain" and log into the primary MDM Look to see if there are any unaccepted certificates and accept them.
