Impact Time may go out of sync if the machine cannot access the default NTP servers that replace the original NTP server before the upgrade.
The backup.sh script has node-specific NTP configuration that is only restored on the Primary CLC member. It does not sync the NTP configuration across the other members, as NTP configuration is not stored in the CLC database.
Manually update the NTP server IP/s on the Secondary CLC member right after the upgrade is completed.
