The NetWorker server was upgraded and an older vProxy version is still being used in the environment.The NetWorker VMware Protection (NVP) integration is configured with the vProxy appliance. The vProxy is unable to identify the QuiesceTimeout value in the NetWorker backup work order. The vProxy version does not contain the code to recognize the new feature that is available on the NetWorker server.
This issue was observed in the vProxy 2.x. release (2018). If you are using a 2.x vProxy, upgrade the vProxy appliance to the latest vProxy release supported by your NetWorker server.NVP vProxy: How To Upgrade the NVP vProxy Appliance using nsrvproxy_mgmt
