Symptoms
PPDM Version: PowerProtect Data Manager 19.18.0-14
Impacted Configuration and Settings: Performing restore of Asset Groups (AG) with large number of volumes which also are relatively large.
Impact on PPDM: The workflow service may mark the parent job as complete while some child jobs are not complete, leaving jobs in a running state in the PPDM UI.
Symptoms found in the logs: In the job logs, we would see some of the AG jobs waiting to acquire a proxy, while others were starting to perform the restore operation.
Cause
Root cause: When an asset group (AG) restore is initiated and it spans multiple volumes which are relatively large, the vProxy capacity units may cause jobs to wait to acquire a proxy to start the restore operation.

Affected versions: 19.18 and prior releases
