Symptoms
Running the script svc_dataiq_onefs_user.sh script the customer gets the error message "401 Unauthorized to access PAPI" or "Unauthorized to access PowerScale Application Programming Interface (PAPI)."
Cause
The current script is not able to handle large values. The script creates SessionIDs which can be too large of a value for OneFS versions greater than 9.2.
Resolution
Customer who would like to use an updated script must submit a service request.The manual process for adding the role with the correct privileges and the user account are well documented. See the information in the DataIQ Administrators Guide (DIQ Admin Guide) on page 48.
