Cause
Alienware Command Center versions lower than v6.1 do not support the Alienware Pro Wireless Gaming keyboard and Alienware Pro Wireless Gaming Mouse.

Reference the information below for more information about Alienware and Dell G-series computers that are affected.
Note: Alienware Command Center is required for some Alienware Pro Wireless Gaming Keyboard and Alienware Pro Wireless Gaming Mouse features.

How to identify the Alienware Command Center version
You can check the Alienware Command Center version that is installed by going to Settings, Apps, and then Apps & features.
If the version of Alienware Command Center is not version 6.1 version or later:
Go to the Dell Support site.From the search bar, search for Alienware Pro Wireless Gaming Keyboard or Alienware Pro Wireless Gaming Mouse.Click the Drivers & Downloads tab.Download and install the latest Alienware Command Center software package.
