Customers may contact Dell Technologies complaining about low CPU speeds on the Latitude 7320 Detachable when on battery only.
Check to see if there are any USB-C devices connected to the computer.
Cause
A connected Type-C device with low battery capacity has a lower MPP and causes the PL4 to drop, and this impacts the CPU frequency.
Resolution
Update the BIOS to v1.34.0 or later to resolve the issue.
