Symptoms

Environment:Cyber Recovery 19.13+CyberSense 8.2+Open the Cyber Recovery UI > Infrastructure > Assets > Applications > Select "Edit/Configure" under Interface LinksThe Interface Links page shows the error:Http failure response for https://[CyberRecoveryHostname]/multilinknetinterfaces: 504 Gateway Time-out

Cause

Port 3009 is disabled on the Vault Data Domain.The Cyber Recovery Hardening Guide states that port 3009 is used for the DDMC. It is not recommended to use DDMC in a Vault environment.

Resolution

This issue requires assistance from Dell Support.Open a case and reference knowledge article 000213147 Cyber Recovery Multilink Interface Links Page 504 Gateway Time-out.
