Symptoms
The Dell OpenManage Enterprise Console (Open ManageEnterprise) shows the VxRail device warranty expired but the Dell website shows the asset within the warranty period.
Cause
The iDRAC service is not responding.
Resolution
To resolve this issue:
Reset the iDRAC from iDRAC portal. How to Reset the Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller (iDRAC)?Refresh the warranty from the Warranty Page of OpenManage Enterprise.
