Symptoms
In the case of having no video on the VGA port. If getting no video on VGA port (out of box, after motherboard replacement, clearing nvram, remove CMOS) in general be sure to check this setting while troubleshooting. The IDRAC Virtual Console displays video without problem.
Cause
This could happen if the Local server video is disabled on the Virtual Console settings.
Resolution
Ensure that the Local Server Video is enabled on the IDRAC Virtual Console Settings.IDRAC 7 and 8 IDRAC 9
