Symptoms
User changed the password of the admin account of RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines using Dell article 158478, RecoverPoint: How to change admin password from admin.Since then, unable to view RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines data in vCenter. It is asking to Update Credential.When trying to update credential with the new password, it is not accepting it.Only able to log in to one RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines node with new password, but not the Cluster IP
Message received: All your vRPA Clusters are unauthorized: UPDATE CREDENTIALS

Cause
ViPR is using the admin user account, and has an active connection to RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines. The admin account locks after a few failed attempts, and within five seconds of unlocking it when using root account.
Resolution
To resolve this issue:
Change the admin password being used in ViPR to the new password.Log in to each RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines node as root, and unlock the admin account.Change the password to the new password if you have modified any individual nodes outside of the cluster per Dell article RecoverPoint: How to change admin password from admin.
