Symptoms
Under Dashboard -> System Health, the value (Health Score) is shown empty.
Cause
In this scenario, the concerned array was not registered for "Performance Data Collection."
Resolution
Ensure the Storstpd daemon, SMAS, and SMAS_DB Services are up and running.
Register the storage system to collect Performance Statistics in Unisphere for PowerMax:
"Select Settings -> Performance-> System Registrations"
