Symptoms
The SC SRDF_CMPR command fails with the "EMCCR15E RDF group FF not found" error message if a wildcard character is specified in the srdfgrp parameter.
According to SRDF Host Component Product Guide, SC SRDF_CMPR supports LCL(cuu,*) and RMT(cuu,srdfgrp,*) formats, where * is a wildcard character that represents all SRDF groups:
Syntax:

The SC SRDF_CMPR does not work with RMT(cuu,srdfgrp,*) format.

It also fails with the LCL(cuu,*) format as well:

Cause
This is caused by a software issue.
Resolution
Permanent Fix:
