Symptoms
When issuing the TERMINATE with AUTO_UNLINK(YES) and FREE(YES) command against the snapshot which is linked to the online device, command is not blocked and completes successfully.
Cause
This is due to a software issue.
Resolution
The code has been updated to restrict execution of the TERMINATE with AUTO_UNLINK(YES) and FREE(YES) command against snapshots that are linked to the online device. The 'ESNP566E EMC SNAP API - TARGET DEVICE FOR THE FREE COMMAND MUST BE OFFLINE TO ALL SYSTEMS' message is displayed in this case. Permanent Fix:
