When Dell PowerStore encounters a problem, an error alert is generated to help identify the issue. This article explains the different possible causes and the relevant solutions for these error alerts. Alert IDONV_ICC_NETWORK_PING_STATUS_BLOCKING_UNREACHABLEAlert TextIntracluster data network addresses are not reachable over ICMP from %(count) addresses.Error Code(0x01807805)ImpactSoftware update on NAS-enabled appliances may fail. Migration of resources across the cluster may be impacted.ResolutionCause: Intracluster data network addresses are not reachable over ICMP. Note: Configuring vlan dot1q tag native causes all frames being sent out a trunk port to be tagged, ignoring the native VLAN. Solution: Check cabling and VLAN configuration within the nodes and switches. For more information, go to Monitoring Tab> Alerts/Events in PowerStore Manager and click the description of the alert which opens a pane at the right-hand side with IP address details to diagnose.
