Symptoms
Users may encounter the error message of "Power Plan Mismatch" when running MobileMark 2018 on an Alienware x15 R1 and Alienware x17 R1.
Cause
Alienware Command Center (AWCC) has its own power plan. This affects MobileMark 2018 during the testing and the resulting failure at the end of the test.
Resolution
Uninstall the AWCC if you require to run MobileMark 2018 on the computer.
