The Zoom application becomes unresponsive or quit unexpectedly by itself when any user attempts to share their screen in a Zoom Meeting.
Cause
Technical limitations with Intel Integrated Graphics are the cause of this issue.
Resolution
This is the hardware limitation with Intel Iris Integrated Graphics, guide the end user to follow the instructions below to modify the setting in Zoom:

Sign in into the Zoom desktop client.Click your profile picture, then click Settings.Click the Video tab.Click Advanced.In Video Rendering Method, click the dropdown menu and select Direct3D9.Close the Settings window and restart the Zoom desktop client.
