Symptoms
Cluster shows a critical event in isi_status similar to the following:

08/16 10:03 3 CPU Module located in chassis JWXNN1234567890 slot 3 has failed.
The event list shows entries similar to the following:

3.33481 08/16 10:03 C 3 6176969 CPU Module located in chassis JWXNN1234567890 slot 3 has failed. Replace the following component as soon as possible: Compute Node
Log entries similar to the following may be visible in the isi_hwmon.log file and the messages log:
Cause
The system has detected a problem with the compute module on the indicated node, and has set the Fault Status Register flag (FSR) to '1' to report this.
Resolution
Contact Dell Technologies Isilon Technical Support to request replacement of the faulty compute module.
