Symptoms

The following error is seen when attempting an upgrade job with Server Update Utility (SUU) 1.04.200.467 when either the iDRAC 4.40.10 or Intel X710 20.0 firmware updates are selected: An error occurred during the update. Please refer to the support log and update log files.

Cause

This catalog file in the .ISO file image of SUU has incorrect entries for iDRAC and Intel X710 firmware updates that causes the entire job to fail.

Resolution

Dell has since posted a newer SUU version 21.04.200.469 of the Windows .iso image that can be downloaded from www.dell.com/support.SUU for Linux is not affected by this issue.
