Symptoms
Most PowerEdge servers and other products leverage a PowerEdge server hardware have an embedded Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller.
Identify the iDRAC version based on PowerEdge model
The Dell PowerEdge servers by generation lists PowerEdge server models including the embedded iDRAC. This will not provide the license level.
Identify iDRAC version using the iDRAC Web Interface
Log in to the iDRAC interface. The default iDRAC IP address 192.168.0.120. Upon login, the version is displayed at the upper left of the iDRAC along with the iDRAC license level.

In addition to the version of iDRAC embedded in the PowerEdge server model, iDRAC features are available based on the license level.
