Solution Steps Microsoft have identified that the Wake on LAN disabled issue is down to the version of the Intel I210-T1 LAN driver included in the Win10 19H1 update. The version in the update is v12.15.184.0 which is older than the one we currently ship with, which is v12.17.10.8 and the new RS5 WHQL driver V23.5.0.0 will be updated on these platforms in the near future. To get up and running just now, please follow these instructions: Make sure the Intel I210-T1 LAN driver is updated to the latest revision available: Go to the Dell Support Site Enter the service tag or express service code to get drivers specific to how the system shipped Alternatively you can choose Your system type from the product list to get a general list of drivers for that system Click on the Drivers and Downloads drawer in the menu Ensure you have the correct operating system set Select the Network drop down category Look for the Intel Network Interface Card Family Driver which is a newer revision than 12.15.184.0 click on the Download button and follow the onscreen instructions Restart the PC Ensure the Wake on LAN option is now enabled: Open the Device Manager (right click on the Start Menu and select Device Manager from the menu that appears) Navigate to the Network Adapters and open the group Right click on the Intel I210-T1 LAN driver and select Properties from the menu Go to the Power Management tab and make sure the check box next to Allow this device to wake the computer has a tick in it (If it doesn't - check the box and click on the OK button and close the window and device manager.)
