Issue Description AMS is showing BOSS disks in Failed state under Hardware and Alerts tab even if the disks are healthy from hardware perspective. Scenario This problem can occur when BOSS firmware version is 2.5.13.2008 A00 or lower. Symptoms AMS Alert: "Errors have been detected on the Physical Disks"
Workaround Upgrade BOSS firmware to the latest recommended version. Impacted versions AMS 14G Ready Node with BOSS card firmware version Fixed in version AMS 2.6.1.1 BOSS card FW 2.5.13.3016 A04 (Included in AMS 2.6.1.1) (per https://support.emc.com/docu86710_VxFlex-Ready-Node-14G-Driver-and-Firmware-Matrix.pdf)
